Independence Day Celebration

July 3 at dusk
Spruce Mt. Ski Slope

The Chamber of Commerce coordinates the annual Independence Day fireworks display for the three towns it serves. This event has become a much anticipated part of the region’s 4th of July festivities.  Fireworks are set up at the Spruce Mountain Ski Slope in Jay and are shot over the Androscoggin River. They can been heard and seen from one of several viewing areas, which include various parking lots in Jay and Livermore Falls, the lawn in front of St. Rose Church (a favorite viewing site for many), Chisholm Square, and many homes and front lawns along Main Street.  The display occurs 3rd of July and is the finale of the festivities occurring on the eve of Independence Day.  FMI:  (207)500-2464
